https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnYAMVJ1oV0 It's a huge relief to finally see The Walking Dead: Michonne Episode 2 "Give No Shelter" finished because I've been working on it since August. As far as most game development goes, that's nothing. That's how long it takes to just write the script. Not at Telltale. Here, we make our episodes from script to screen in about six months so August is an eternity ago. My friends at other game companies think this is absolutely insane, but it's the only way we know how to do business. That lightning quick production cycle is an addicting blend of exhilarating and exhausting -- I'm already on to writing our new Batman game.
From the directing front, Sean Ainsworth and Sean Manning, the writing front, Nicole Martinez, Andrew Hanson (and myself), and the game design front, John Bernhelm and Mickey Lynn, all drank more coffee than they want to admit in order to get this game out the door. It was an immense team effort and one of the most collaborative projects I've ever worked on. I owe them, and everyone else on the Walking Dead miniseries team, a huge thank you.
Help reward that team by buying a copy of Michonne and leaving us a review on Metacritic.
